What were your expectations for the job and to what extent were they met?
The best way to respond is to discuss what you expected when you took the job and give examples of how the position worked out for you. If the job wasn't exactly what you expected, it's fine to mention that.
Why should we hire you?
This might be an very important question to be asked so you need to get prepared before answering it.Try to be as specific as possible. Explain in detail: why you would make a good employee, why you are the right fit for the job, and what sets you apart from other applicants. Point out your achievements, accomplishments, and applicable experience.
Where would you like to see yourself after fie years?
This question is often asked at the end he wants to see how much motivated your are for the job, try offering information about your professional goals as the relate to your job or industry.
